Brooke's focus includes individual, couple, trauma, family, and spirituality counseling. She approaches psychotherapy from a holistic perspective - addressing mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational health, with the goal of seeing personal growth and lasting change as opposed to a temporary fix. Her theoretical focus combines a psychodynamic and interpersonal approach, while intertwining EMDR, CBT, and DBT therapies. She believes there is no greater relief than being able to share your story openly and freely, without judgment, and always provides a comfortable, safe, confidential space for her clients.
Brooke has a warm, empathetic style and enjoys working with all types of clients. For those who wish to integrate faith and spirituality, she has training and years of experience in helping individuals explore their beliefs about God's love, forgiveness, and other questions in a nonjudgmental environment. Faith integration is always done solely at the client's request.
